Program Launch (October 2023)

B.L.O.O.M. ROC officially launched with six visionary businesses joining forces to create economic opportunities and empower Social and Economic Equity (SEE) applicants.

First Educational Learning Experience (ELE) (November 2023)

Our first ELE brought together industry leaders and community members to provide hands-on learning and mentorship for emerging entrepreneurs in the NYS adult-use market.

Incubator Program Launch (December 2023)

The Incubator Program kicked off to offer licensing, compliance, and sustainable growth support tailored for SEE applicants navigating the NYS adult-use market.

Community Networking Events (January 2024)

We hosted three successful networking events, connecting SEE applicants with investors and mentors across Rochester, fostering opportunities within the NYS adult-use market.

Public Health & Equity Initiatives (February 2024)

Launched public health programs promoting responsible cannabis use and health education tailored to SEE applicants and the wider community.
