As the Executive Director of BLOOM ROC, Precious is dedicated to empowering marginalized communities by leading initiatives that promote education, advocacy, and economic growth within the adult-use market.
Chad is committed to equity and action in the emerging industry's reform, because legalization alone is not enough.
Chad is committed to the work we do at B.L.O.O.M ROC because legalization alone is not enough. Without intentional effort, Black and Brown communities will continue to be excluded from the industry's growth, and he has never been one for participation awards.
